All of Suzie's designs are produced, working closely together with local silversmiths and jewellery makers. We work with materials that are both ecologicaly sustainable and able to be sourced locally.
In all cases we work directly with the small family enterprises that actually bring our designs to life, and do not pay fees or commissions to middle men.
We often help in funding materials and pay the full local rate as soon as the designs are produced. However this is only the start of the task of getting Suzie's designs to our customers.
Most of the really hard job of getting orders delivered to our Bali warehouse and preparing stock for shipment to the UK falls to our Bali team.
Erna (the beautiful lady above) and Denny (the handsome chap below) do the real work of co-ordinating the deliveries from more than fifty suppliers from the islands of Java, Madura and Bali.
All goods are recieved into our''gudang'' in Denpasar and checked before being shipped to us in lincolnshire.
Erna and Denny are the ones that really make it happen. |
