Minimum order is £100, with a delivery charge of £8. We offer free (mainland UK) delivery on orders over £200.

2 - Delivery – Non-Mainland UK, Ireland & Channel Islands

Including: Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Scilly Isles,Minimum order is £100. There is a £15 delivery charge on all orders under £350.

3 - Delivery – Europe

There is a flat £20 delivery charge for delivery to mainland Europe, and a £20 for extended areas (including Greece)Delivery costs on orders for the rest of the world will be calculated based on size, weight and value – please contact us for further details.Generally, all orders placed (and paid for) by noon Monday to Thursday will be delivered by UPS the following day. Orders placed (and paid for) before noon on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

4 - Pricing

All trade prices are shown on the website excluding VAT - which is then added together with any delivery charge at checkout.If you are exempt from paying VAT (eg if you are buying from outside the UK) then please do not pay online via Sagepay as the VAT will still be charged. Simply select a different payment method, such as Card by Phone or BACS, and complete the order. 5 - Returns

We ask that all damages and discrepancies be reported by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery.If we ask you to return an item, please do so by 2nd class standard post.As we are a trade only company, we will either replace damaged/faulty items or issue a credit- which will be used against your next order.However, if you do not require a credit note immediately, we will occasionally note our customer records so that we can credit or replace with you next order (to save raising additional paperwork).
